WARM LIKE THE SUN

Heatstrip™ is a so-called middle-wave radiant tube in the infrared B range which directly heats, similar to the beams of sunlight, by permeating the air and firstly heating the surfaces of materials or bodies, which thereupon emit heat into the ambient air, whereby the ambient temperature is increased very comfortably. There is hardly any loss through rising heat unlike with conventional radiant heaters and gas-fired mushroom heaters. For this purpose, the surface of the radiator is heated to a temperature of approx. 400 °C. Only after this temperature range has been reached, enough radiant heat for transport via a larger distance of up to 3 meters will be generated. The key element of this technique: the bodies located inside the band of radiation are heated precisely, i.e. without heat losses.

CONSTRUCTION

The new Heatstrip™ consists of anodized aluminum profiles which were thermally separated by means of an innovative mechanism, so that the front of the radiator generates optimal radiant heat with 400 °C, while the back barley absorbs energy with about 90 °C. This means: very low energy loss and utmost cosy warmth.
This also allows for mounting Heatstrip™ on all non-combustible materials.

For wood and other combustible surfaces, adjustable and fixed mounting brackets ensuring sufficient distance to the mounting surface are available as options.

If you want to mount the radiant heater on a ceiling, and the ceiling is too high for allowing the ideal working height of about 2.50 m, an extensible ceiling bracket made of aluminum is available, which has a length of 500 mm and may be extended by up to 500 mm. Custom sizes are available on request.

Ready-to-use weather shields made of stainless steel for all 3 sizes are available, for use either only with the radiator or the radiator including the radio control and/or the connecting element. The weather shields are highly recommended for open unprotected outdoor areas.
